Our History
We are a family business and have been in the construction business, collectively for over 40 years, providing high-quality services to our clients. Our team has completed numerous projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale constructions.
Our Team
Our team comprises highly experienced and skilled professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers, and construction workers. Together, we ensure the success of each project we undertake through collaboration and dedication. Our founder, Mohammed Shaffique, began his journey as a laborer on construction sites in 1981 after migrating to the United Kingdom. Nearly half a century of experience has equipped him and our company with the expertise and opportunities needed to thrive in the competitive world of development.
As the principal contractor for numerous projects, we have significantly contributed to the economy. One notable achievement is our flagship project in East London, where we successfully managed and completed 40 apartments spanning over 50,000 square feet. To date, we have delivered over 30 projects, including more than 150 flats, houses, shops, community centres, mosques, basements, and more.
While these accomplishments are significant, they represent just the foundation of our future endeavors.
