MAS Construction is a family business built on nearly half a century of hands on experience in the construction industry. Founded by Mohammed Shaffique, who began his career as a labourer on UK construction sites in 1981, the company has grown into a trusted principal contractor delivering projects of all sizes, from home renovations to landmark multi-unit developments.We are a family business and have been in the construction business, collectively for over 40 years, providing high-quality services to our clients. Our team has completed numerous projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale constructions. 

Our team comprises highly experienced and skilled professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers, and construction workers. Together, we ensure the success of each project we undertake through collaboration and dedication. Our founder, Mohammed Shaffique, began his journey as a laborer on construction sites in 1981 after migrating to the United Kingdom. Nearly half a century of experience has equipped him and our company with the expertise and opportunities needed to thrive in the competitive world of development.

As principal contractor on over 30 completed projects, we have delivered more than 150 flats, houses, shops, community centres, mosques, and basements. Our flagship development, a 40-apartment, 50,000 sq ft scheme in East London, stands as a testament to what our team is capable of.
