    A modern, environmentally conscious 11,000 sq ft community centre located in the heart of East Ham, offering five floors of versatile space, a newly developed basement level, and a cutting edge blue-green roof that supports rainwater management, biodiversity, and long-term sustainability.

      2025

      This property suffered significant damage after a car collided with the front of the house. The entire project was managed through the client’s insurance provider, and our team handled everything from structural repairs to final finishing.
      The result? A reinstatement completed to an exceptional standard, leaving the home looking even better than it did before the incident. We are fully experienced in delivering high quality insurance reinstatement works to full restoration.

        A contemporary 4,000 sq ft community centre located in Ilford, comprising four floors of purpose-built space along with a newly developed basement level to support a wide range of community activities.

          This project involved a comprehensive refurbishment and structural redesign of the entire house. Our team installed a completely new internal structure and lowered the ground-floor and first-floor levels to create increased ceiling heights throughout, from the ground floor to the second floor.
          Works included a 6m rear ground-floor extension, a 3m first-floor extension, a full loft conversion, high-performance external wall insulation, and the construction of a bespoke garden outhouse.

            A beautifully crafted, brand-new 3,000 sq ft detached house in Brentwood. This stunning home combines modern design with high-quality materials, offering light-filled open-plan living spaces, generous bedroom suites, and exceptional craftsmanship throughout.

              2022

              A landmark development in Romford featuring two purpose-built residential blocks: a main block of 32 apartments and a second block of 8 units. The project includes an expansive 8,000+ sq ft basement car park and a total build area of over 40,000 sq ft.
              Our scope also covered a newly formed private road, a dedicated substation, and comprehensive landscaping, making this a true flagship project for our portfolio.

                2019

                245 Mile End Road is a contemporary new build scheme featuring three well designed apartments, a versatile commercial unit, and a newly built basement. Delivering high quality urban living and mixed use functionality in a prime location.

                  We carried out the full groundworks for the new refuse centre at Whipps Cross Hospital, delivering all excavation, foundations, drainage infrastructure, and site preparation to support the hospital’s upgraded facilities.

                  160–162 Whitehorse Road, London E1, is a bespoke new-build scheme featuring eight well-designed apartments and a newly constructed basement, delivering high-quality living space in a prime East London location.

                    2017

                    A modern community centre at 343 Ripple Road, delivered with a new basement, a full loft conversion, and a comprehensive internal renovation, transforming the building into a highly functional and contemporary community space.

                      2016

                      Noor Ul Islam. 711–715 High Road, Leyton. This project involved delivering a 10,000+ sq ft basement integrated with a reinforced concrete frame, supporting a wider development of more than 35,000 sq ft spread over four floors.

                        247 Mile End Road: This project involved the erection of a two-storey rear extension and a full change of use to form two modern one bedroom flats, with the existing ground floor commercial space retained and kept operational throughout.

                        2015

                        281 Walworth Road: This project involved the erection of a mansard roof extension to the existing outbuilding on Walworth Place and the construction of a new three-storey staircase hall to the rear of the main building. These structural additions supported the full conversion of the upper floors into four residential units, comprising one three bedroom flat and three one bedroom flats. With dedicated amenity areas, secure cycle storage, and bin store facilities.

                        2014

                        272 Bethnal Green Road: This scheme involved the erection of a fourth floor mansard roof along the Bethnal Green Road frontage and the construction of two new storeys at the rear, creating a three storey building fronting Voss Street. These works enabled the formation of three new residential units. One two bedroom flat and two one bedroom flats. Alongside a newly built basement and the installation of a new ground floor entrance door to the front elevation.

                        2013

                        At 49–51 Raven Row, we completed all groundworks and constructed a substantial 3,500+ sq ft basement, forming the foundation for the wider development.

                        2012

                        At 188 Brick Lane, we delivered a façade retention redevelopment, demolishing the existing structure behind the original frontage and constructing three new flats, modern commercial units, and a new basement, blending contemporary build quality with the character of Brick Lane.

                          2011

                          53–55 Redchurch Street. Delivery of a new build mosque featuring a significantly expanded basement, increased from 800 sq ft to 2000 sq ft. The scheme also involved reconfigured floor layouts and enhancements to the building’s appearance through the construction of a three-storey rear extension.
