299 Bethnal Green Road, London. This project involved the demolition of the existing structure and the erection of a new four storey mixed-use building. The scheme includes a basement and ground floor shop, office accommodation at first floor level, and two well designed one bedroom flats across the second and third floors.
Complete demolition of the previous structure followed by the construction of a high quality five bedroom semi-detached home set across four levels, including a fully engineered basement in Chigwell.
130–134 Foothill Road: A residential scheme delivering eight well-designed two bedroom flats, achieved through full width extensions to the first and second floors, along with a new third floor mansard roof extension.
A site redevelopment featuring extensive structural works. At 284 Bethnal Green Road, we delivered a new basement, removed the original first floor, and constructed three new levels above to create two modern residential units. At 17 Voss Street, we replaced the existing two storey building with a newly built three storey home. The project also included a fully redesigned shopfront, enhancing the commercial frontage.
270 Bethnal Green Road: This project involved adding a first floor rear extension and constructing a new second floor to form a spacious three bedroom flat complete with a rear terrace at first floor level. Works also included the creation of a new basement to expand the building’s usable space.
77–81 Redchurch Street. This project included the complete demolition of the former structure and the delivery of a new four storey mixed-use building with a newly constructed basement. The development features two retail units at ground floor level and six well designed, self-contained residential flats across the upper floors.
Stepney Green. Construction of a contemporary new build block featuring nine modern apartments, supported by a fully engineered basement level.
3 Grimsby Street. This project involved the full demolition of the previous building and the creation of a new-build scheme featuring a spacious three-bedroom maisonette and a self-contained one-bedroom flat.
266–268 Bethnal Green Road: This project involved full demolition and the construction of a contemporary new build scheme with a purpose built basement. The development includes two commercial units at ground level, along with one spacious two bedroom flat and four well designed one bedroom flats.
Voss Street. This project involved full demolition followed by the development of two contemporary new build homes, each designed as a two bedroom property.
